Kaniakapupu

The remains of King Kamehameha III's summer palace. Located in Nu'uanu on the island of Oahu, the palace was the sight of a luau in 1847 at which it is estimated there were 10,000 people in attendence. The ruins are a short hike off the road through a bamboo forest.
